As the outbreak of COVID-19 has been developing worldwide, SAKK has been closely tracking its impact within the SAKK network. After carefully weighing the emerging facts as well as our duties to our members, other meeting attendees and the local communities, SAKK made the difficult, but necessary decision to cancel the SAKK Semi-Annual Meeting from May 14-15, 2020 in Zürich.

SAKK is striving to conduct the General Assembly on May 13, 2020 in a suitable form (e.g. videoconferencing) in order to fulfil our statutory obligations. The members of the General Assembly will be informed in due time.

Please save the date for the November meeting, taking place at the Swiss Oncology and Hematology Congress (SOHC) from November 19-21, 2020.
