Young Oncology Academy 2023

This year, the Young Oncology Academy is taking place for the 8th time under the supervision of Prof. Dr. med. Miklos Pless. Eight mentors will provide support and guidance to nine mentees as part of this year's program. In 2023, for the very first time, an introduction to statistics will be provided by Dr. Stefanie Hayoz. Participants will also attend international congresses such as the ESMO in Madrid and the EHA in Frankfurt. None of this would be possible without the valued support of our four sponsors, Bayer, Janssen, Merck and Takeda.

    Call for application

    The call for application for the Young Oncology Academy 2023 is open!  Sign up now, the application deadline is March 5, 2023. 

    Please send the following documents to events@sakk.ch 

    • Letter of motivation, maximum of two A4 pages
    • Curriculum vitae of the applicant, including list of publications
    • Letter of recommendation & commitment by the head of the department, guaranteeing the support of the institution as outlined below
