Die Studie wurde als erstes am Kantonsspital St. Gallen für die Patientenrekrutierung geöffnet.
2. Mai Die Studie SAKK 41/08: Neoadjuvant radiotherapy combined with capecitabine and sorafenib in patients with advanced, K-ras mutated rectal cancer. A multicentre phase I/II trial wurde am 2.5.2013 für Patientenrekrutierung geschlossen.

Die Studie wurde als erstes am Kantonsspital St. Gallen für die Patientenrekrutierung geöffnet.
18. März Swissmedic hat das Amendment 3 für die Studie HD18 for advanced stages. Treatment optimization trial in the first-line treatment of advanced stage Hodgkin lymphoma: treatment stratification by means of FDG-PET” akzeptiert. A multi arm multi-stage randomized controlled trial wurde ein Amendment erlassen. Das Amendment dient der Eingliederung eines neuen Vergleichsarms (Arm H = hormone therapy + radiotherapy).
