Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, we organized the first Swiss PostAACR as a virtual event. The Scientific Committee presented a selection of highlights from the 2021 Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research to the online participants. Over two hours, five renowned physicians – who attended the event in Bern in person – presented key elements of their research projects, which offer extremely promising findings for cancer patients.

Even though we were organizing the PostAACR for the very first time, we nonetheless attracted a total of 100 participants from 16 countries! We would like to thank you for the fascinating discussions and valuable dialog. We are already looking forward to the 2022 PostAACR, regardless of whether it will take place live or virtually!
